1. HOW TO BUY READY/PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS?

Step 1: Submit Your Orders Via Email.
Customer will receive an Email Order Confirmation within 24 hours upon successful order submission. Customer may refer to the E-Invoice attached for the total amount to be paid.

Step 2: Customer to make payment to confirm Order.
Please take note that
- Order for Ready Products are based on first-time-first-served basis upon payment.
- Payment for Pre-Order Products have to be paid within 3 days. If not Orders will be considered void.

Step 3: Customer will receive an E-receipt upon payment.
Delivery details will be liaised via SMS/Email by Jolene.

2. HOW TO BUY 2ND HAND ITEMS
- Submit your Order directly to the email indicated in the product description. The Owner of the Item(s) will contact with you directly to arrange for payment and delivery.
