1. All conditions stated in the product information for the ready stocks are guaranteed by MinistryofBabies.com.
2. All conditions stated in the product information for the pre-order items are provided by the overseas manufacturers. MinistryofBabies.com is not liable for the quality of these pre-order items.

ORDER AND RESERVATION
1. Ready Stocks are sold on while stock last basis. Order Items will only be reserved upon payment.
2. Submissions for Pre-Orders are to be done before Order Dateline. Customers who submit Pre-Orders are required to make payment within 3 days upon confirmation of order. Otherwise, order will be considered void.

PAYMENT
1. Prices stated are Nett and in Singapore dollars (SGD).
2. We accept Payment by ATM/Internet Fund Transfer and Paypal.

DELIVERY
1. Delivery within Singapore is FREE for selected locations.

2. Customers will be able to receive the Ready Stocks within 5 working days (local) upon payment. However, Local Customers who pre-order items will only receive the items within 14 days after the Order Dateline.
Please note:

i. MinistryofBabies.com is not liable for lost or damage due to Normal Mail. Hence Customers are strongly encouraged to use Registered Mail or Home Delivery Services.

ii. Working days are not inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.

CANCEL AND REFUND
1. Order will be consider void if:
a. Payment is not made within 3 days upon order confirmation.
b. Item is sold to another customer before payment is made by the first customer.

2. The full amount can be refunded if:
a. Product is torn or damaged at the point of delivery.
b. Items are sold out after payment is made.
