1. HOW TO BUY READY STOCKS?

Step 1: Submit Your Orders Via Manual Order Form or the Shopping Cart Function anytime.
Customer will receive an Email Order Confirmation within 24 hours upon successful order submission. Customer may refer to the E-Invoice attached for the total amount to be paid.

Step 2: Customer to make payment ASAP to confirm Order.
Please take note that orders are based on first-time-first-served basis upon payment.

Step 3: Customer will receive an E-receipt upon payment.
Delivery details will be liaised via SMS/Email by Jolene. Local Customers will receive items within 5 days.

2. HOW TO BUY PRE-ORDER STOCKS?

Step 1: Submit Your Orders Via Manual Order Form or the Shopping Cart Function before stated Closing Date.
Customer will receive an Acknowledgment Email within 24 hours upon successful order submission.

Step 2: Customer will receive an E-Invoice within 24 hours after Order Dateline to confirm order. Customer to make payment within 3 days upon receiving of E-Invoice, otherwise the Order is considered void.

Step 3: Customer will receive an E-receipt upon payment.
Delivery details will be liaised via SMS/Email by Jolene. Local Customers will receive items within 14 days from Order Dateline.

3. HOW TO BUY 2ND HAND ITEMS
- Submit your Order directly to the email indicated in the product description. The Owner of the Item(s) will contact with you directly to arrange for payment and delivery.
